Wydaho Ranch (WR) is owned and operated by Dennis Murray, a professional golfer that first came to the area nearly thirty years ago... It was love at first sight, when this man gazed upon the Tetons. Saving every dollar he could, several years later he was able to purchase this land now known as Wydaho Ranch.

Road construction is completed, and a limited number of 2.5 acre lots are now available for purchase at WR, as the water, power, high speed fiber optic Internet and cable, landscape water features, fencing and infrastructure begins to take shape as part of the development.

The initial offering is limited to lots available for purchase by way of “reservation agreements". Wydaho Ranch is an upscale community comparable to new golf course developments in the area, with greater privacy on larger lots, better views, and an opportunity to "get away" from everything and everybody--while being in Teton Valley's premier location for views and accessibility to community services.

WR is located five miles north of Driggs, Idaho in what is known as the four peaks view corridor. Driggs is a small western mountain town recently acknowledged by USA Today, Wall Street Journal, MEN’S Health Magazine, New York Times, and others, as one of the best places to live in the U.S. Nestled beneath the shadows of the Tetons, where Wyoming and Idaho come together, Wydaho Ranch’s breathtaking panoramic views, blue skies, and fresh mountain air make it easy to understand why.

The Wydaho Ranch community provides residents an abundance of opportunities set naturally into the surrounding beauty that boasts close proximity to world renowned Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, the Snake River, Teton River, and millions of acres of protected Wilderness and National Forest Land. At one with the environment, WR is one of the most peaceful scenic places to own a home in the region.

Only a short drive away from Championship golf courses like Teton Rim Golf Club designed by Greg Norman, Huntsman Springs GC designed by Bandon Dunes' David Kidd, Teton Reserve designed by Hale Irwin, and The Headwaters Club at Teton Springs designed by Byron Nelson and Steve Jones. Other more invigorating outdoor activities such as downhill, nordic, and High Mountain Heli-skiing, fly-fishing, hiking, mountain biking, whitewater and scenic river rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, equestrian activities and even 4-wheel drive off-road expeditions are available within minutes of WR.

Teton Valley Idaho is located twenty miles west of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The Idaho side of the Tetons offers stunning views in a rural setting. With the revitalization of downtown Driggs, modernization and expansion of the Grand Targhee Ski Resort, world-class snow machining, fishing, equestrian, and onset of Championship golf opportunities, Teton Valley is becoming a popular resort destination. Combined with easy access to airports in nearby Jackson Hole, and Idaho Falls, many are choosing the Idaho side of the Tetons as the preferred choice to build a primary or second home.

Just a few miles from the base of the Teton Mountains, Wydaho Ranch is the ideal setting for those seeking a place to "kick back" and enjoy the western lifestyle experience. Available homesites are 2.5 acres, priced from the $300,000's. Each lot provides a specific building envelope for unobstructed panoramic views. The design guidelines at Wydaho Ranch are some of the most stringent in the valley, ensuring every home is attractive and fits in with the upscale surroundings provided by Mother Nature.

Rarely are large 2.5 acre home sites available with irrigation rights in a setting as beautiful as Wydaho Ranch. WR offers nearby National Forest access, beautiful mountain views, irrigation water rights, pasture, landscape features, and a very protective yet friendly HOA. WR lots are flat, accessible and require a well/septic system. These types of building sites are prized in resort areas and rarely come on the market.
