Master Plan

Wydaho Ranch. Where you come home to a place that takes you back in time.
Surrounded by pristine beauty and old west traditions, expect a warm welcome from
the folks of Teton Valley when you become part of a community these days rarely found.

Negotiations began in the early 90's on the acquisition of 40 acres five miles north of
Driggs, Idaho on 500 North between Highway 33 and Stateline Road. This successful land
purchase resulted in an agreement with area agricultural leaders and has been used for
farming and harvesting grains for many years. With the recent growth of land
developments in the area, this land known as Wydaho Ranch became unsustainable and
inaccessible as agricultural land. As a result, proceedings began a couple years ago with
Teton County, Idaho, for approval of a fifteen lot subdivision.

Approval was granted April 11, 2008. Construction of a very high quality and aesthetically appealing road has been completed. Infrastructure construction is underway and will continue weather permitting in the spring. Wydaho Ranch homesites are now available, presenting a unique opportunity for those seeking the serenity and peacefulness of a truly special place.

Within the designated master plan, a fifteen lot subdivision under construction is
surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of various mountain ranges, including four
peak views of the Tetons, Snake River Range and the Big Hole Mountains to the west. These carefully positioned estate lots provide completely unobstructed views for each owner. As part of the master plan, WR will also be introducing water rights to our irrigation corporation, full utilities, wireless high speed Internet and cable access, as well as landscaping, an impressive yet understated entrance, complete with a sense of intimacy and privacy appreciated by the discerning resident.
